Matching wardrobes
One of my customers asked if I could make some wardrobes to match her existing ones as they wanted more storage but not a different style of wardrobe. The cream ones are the original ones and I just added another one each side. Constructed in timber and MDF to pattern.

This is a set of wardrobes with six opening doors and six opening drawers mad to look like a wall of panelled timber. The doors open on a touch latch where you push the door in and it clicks out to open on a spring catch. The wardrobes were constructed in timber and MDF in a Shaker style with panel moulding fitted. The cup of tea in the picture is optional…..(!)

This is an Oak veneered MDF drawer unit with solid oak edging. This unit was made with handle-less drawer fronts to match the customers bedside units. There is a recess in the top of the drawer front to allow you space to open the drawer. As the unit was in a loft space the top drawer had to be shallower than the other to allow the pitch of the roof.

These were very high ceiling rooms so I had to create drawers under the wardrobes for extra storage. The doors and drawer fronts are all constructed in MDF in a Shaker style.
