This is a very tall (2700 high) bookcase unit with doors below running the full width of a 3600mm room. The client had lots of very heavy books so each shelf space is small to keep the weight down and avoid any shelf sagging. In timber and MDF with Shaker style doors and a decorative timber cornice at the top.

Here’s a huge bookcase/storage unit with the TV in the middle. Total width 4000mm! Lots of room to show all those good books and DVD’s and lots of places to hide the embarrassing ones…..

Bridge Over Troubled Bookcase

This is one of six bookcases I constructed to a clients design. This unit ties the whole end of the living room together with drawer units, cupboards and shelves. Nice architrave fitted at the top with a pelmet detail too.
